Fund overview
The Granor Lending Fund is a pooled mortgage fund. Your capital is combined with other investors and deployed across a diversified portfolio of loans secured by mortgages over Australian real property. All investors share equally in the income generated according to their proportional interest in the fund.

Monthly Income Distributions
Distributions aim to achieve returns of approximately 8.0% p.a.* and are generally paid monthly, typically within 14 business days of month end, either to your nominated bank account or reinvested as additional units.
